From our foundation and commissioning to this work in Africa by our parent church, Trinity New Life Fellowship in Arlington TX., now The Vine, Renewal Ministries has implemented and promoted the principle of 'COVERING and ACCOUNTABILITY in all its function and operation.

The established priority in this ministry is our belief in strong, committed peer relationships where transparency and accountability is practiced in all aspects of the ministry, and our lives are an open-book to those we submit to. These relationships include the 'founding' and 'lead' pastors of three prominent ministries and churches here in Zimbabwe as well as our Renewal Fellowship pastoral team here in Harare.

As we see from scripture, God was never One to hide or cover-over the sins and misdemeanors of His 'greats,' whether it was David's immorality and sin or Aaron's idolatry.  It is from these biblical examples that we have made it a core-value in our ministry to be open and transparent with every issue in our lives, and through this we have seen God bring wonderful security and peace into the lives of our ministry peers and the congregation we pastor.
